Our Mitactin™ is a colloid based nonionic and anionic surfactant that causes mites to swell, rupture and die. It's completely non-toxic and safe with no side-effects or dryness. It safely works in 24 to 48 hours.
Our veterinary strength Healing & Protection Spray and wound disinfectant works quickly to heal infection. It protects, heals and provides "on contact" relief of dermal and bacterial infections. It works great as a great preventative and a sterile ear cleaner.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Wrap them in a large thick towel with just their head exposed. Clean the inside of the ear flap using a cotton ball moistened with PetsBestRx Healing & Protection Spray. Gently rub the large pieces of dirt, wax and debris off the ear flap. Repeat on the opposite ear. If ears have a septic smell, repeat this step once a day until the smell dissipates and is gone.
It is safest to clean only the parts of the ear you can see. If there is significant wax just inside the ear canal, you can briefly place the tip of the cotton swab into the ear canal to remove the debris. However, this is most important: You should ALWAYS be able to see the cotton tip of the cotton swab. After cleaning your pets ears, it is a good idea to offer a treat. This will help make the next ear cleaning session a little smoother.
